Please read our Return Policy carefully. ALL products are checked twice for make sure product in fine condition before packed for shipping.

 

We will not accepts:

1. SUBJECTIVE REASON

Customer is not allowed to exchange or refund based on your personal feeling or subjective reason. The product may not perfectly suit you or fit you as your expectation.

 

2. SIZE ISSUE

Return or exchange is not allowed if size is not fit with customer. It will be took as customer's responsibilities to make sure that measurement provided has been checked before shop with us.

 

3. SLIGHT COLOR DIFFERENCE

We can’t guarantee the colors you see depend on your monitor will be exactly accurate with our products because of your monitor or other settings. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products shown on our website.

 

4. SELF-CARELESSNESS

Damages to parcel and product inside such as torn or dirt caused by customer’s careless action will not getting exchange or return. PLEASE be careful with the way handling or opening your parcel.

 

Only large area of torn, dirt or wrong product sending will be allowed to exchange. We will be responsible for the postage of exchange due to it is seller mistake.

1.Any exchange of products will be allowed with same design and color only.

 

2. If returned product is out of stock, we will offer same price and similar product for replacement.

 

3. Returned products must be in original condition. If returned products washed, worn or incomplete condition, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request of customer.

 

4. If customer request for different design or color as replacement, the exchange shipping fee will be pay by customer.

 

Customer should be received their replacement within 5 working days after you have the confirmation of exchange request from us.

 

PLEASE do not return the product to us without our confirmation. Don’t hesitate to contact us to get assist about return instruction from us before you return the product.
